Name: Celebi, often goes by “Lebi” among friends.
Age: There comes a point where age doesn’t matter anymore, and Celebi has spanned generations in the blink of an eye. Time has no meaning for him, and thus he doesn’t know his true age. Unlike most who only ever exist in the present, Celebi has the ability to exist in the past or future as well, and so time cannot be measured as reliably. Beyond that, the only clue to his age lies in his home, as his earliest memory is of the forest.

Personality: Celebi is very patient, as one might expect of a time-traveler, but only when dealing with other pokémon. When it comes to travelling or waiting for something to happen in the near future when time travelling would be superfluous (e.g. a couple hours or a day or two later), he is very impatient and very often rushes things. Despite this fact he is a kind soul and tries to nurture and care for everyone he meets, and has a penchant for carrying around Eggs and raising young pokémon. It is not uncommon to see him caring for an abandoned egg or a lost hatchling. In some regards he can be considered childish- while he is shy around humans, he is quite the opposite for pokémon, often playing with the smaller ones and assisting the larger ones however he can to the point of almost being a nuisance. He simply has a lot of energy and likes to play.
History: Celebi never had a childhood, and will never grow old, as is the fate of a time traveller. When he came into being he was exactly the same as he is now, simply less experienced. He awoke in the Forest of Beginning long long ago, having been created as a caretaker for all residents of the forest, past, present, and future. As such he was made the sole exception to Dialga’s rules, bending time at will to go as he pleases wherever and whenever he pleases. It was in this way that he became something of a parent to all of the pokemon in the forest, having been present in each of their childhoods at one point or another whether he remembered it or not. Everyone knew him if distantly. Denizens of the deeper forests saw him more frequently, as the humans generally congregated in open areas, and had wronged his home on multiple occasions. He does not care for them, but does not overtly try to hurt them. The worst he has done is briefly hop them to a different time in order to frighten them off, but rarely more than that. So it was that he became something of a legend among the humans, dubbed the Voice of the Forest by them.
It was during a jaunt to a more distant future that Celebi first experienced turbulence in the timestream, throwing the pixie off course. He could hear Dialga’s cry as he landed in an unfamiliar forest, and knew that he had ventured somewhere the time pokemon had feared he’d stumble upon, and felt a distinct pang of fear as the cry faded and he was left with nothing but the stillness of the air around him. It was a forest, but he couldn’t sense nearly the volume of pokemon there that he should have been able to feel. He had unintentionally landed himself in something of a dead zone in the timeline, one he could not travel past easily. His attempts at manipulating time only resulted in a skip of a day at maximum. Dialga had made this stretch impassible for him, but why? What did Dialga want him to see so badly? Like it or not, he would have to find out.
Other Info: He can skip time forward or backward a day at a time, but chooses not to since he doesn’t want to miss whatever he’s supposed to see. He also inferred that Dialga created the disturbance to prevent his escape so he’d see something. He doesn’t actually know for certain. As the pokemon that controls time, Celebi has run into Dialga a time or two, but other than respecting them from afar, Celebi doesn't know much about them. Celebi feels that Dialga might be annoyed about his ability to bend and break certain rules of time with no consequence due to what he is, and he has never been able to shake that feeling despite having never actually asked Dialga of their opinion of him. Their relation can be described as little more than distant, at least in Celebi's opinion.
