Looks just like another Drifloon. He's also quite squishy to rub on.
Personality:
Being part ghost type, it is a bit of a prankster. Heavy with sarcasm and empty threats, if Helium grabbed your face and forced air into you, you will make funny voice with helium for a bit. He also liked to creepily whisper or drift by. He also have a strange sense of humor, as he would laugh at random things or hide his laughter from things that may be considered inappropriate.
Being part flying, Helium likes traveling in the air and exploring new areas. It is fascinated with seeing new things or smelling a different air. Helium is also very smart with weather and atmosphere, being able to identify different clouds and guessing wind speed (It's close enough but never 100% accurate). He is also a bit of a slacker as he would prefer drifting in the wind when he can, or let someone carry him along, instead of propelling the air by himself.
History:
Since humans were no longer around, Drifloon had taken to prank other Pokemon instead. Helium had been born from an egg and travel with his family until one day, a natural tropical storm blew him off course and he was separated.
But thankfully, Pokemon, like humans, were all about survival. Drifloon survived by hanging onto a sturdy tree, until the storm passed. While he could technically look for his group, he decided to start a new life in the world. After all, Pokemon can adapt in the wild.
